Why owners call us

You are not losing customers to better companies.
You are losing them to more visible ones.

As your business grows, your search presence needs to keep up with the products, services, and markets that matter to you. These are some of the gaps we look for when reviewing your SEO:

  • People find your business by name, but rarely through searches for what you offer.
  • Important products, services, or locations have little visibility in search results.
  • Search brings visitors, but few inquiries or sales.
  • Paid advertising does most of the work of attracting new customers.
  • Your SEO reports leave the work, results, or next steps unclear.
  • Your business is missing from AI answers about what you offer.

The map pack is already deciding who gets the call. Google Maps SEO decides whether the name on top is yours.
What you get

What your monthly SEO plan includes.

Your SEO plan brings together technical improvements, content, search strategy, and reporting. We prioritize the work around your website, your goals, and the markets you want to reach, whether you serve customers locally or nationwide. What comes first depends on the kind of business you run, so we cover marketing for home service companies, law firm marketing, and marketing for medical practices on their own pages.

The base layer

Technical SEO

The work that lets search engines read your site and lets customers use it.

  • Site speed tuned for fast loads on any device
  • Crawling and indexing kept clean so Google finds the pages that matter
  • Sitemaps and redirects kept healthy as the site changes
  • Structured data that helps search engines understand a page, where it fits
What customers read

Content and pages

Pages planned and improved around what your customers search for and the markets you want to reach.

  • Research into the words and phrases your customers actually search for
  • Product, service, category, and resource pages, as your business calls for
  • Location pages where you serve specific areas
  • Page titles, headings, and the links between your pages
Where customers look

Local and national search

Search priorities follow your customers, what you sell, and the markets you want to win.

  • National SEO for customers anywhere in the U.S.: keyword research, product and category pages, and the technical work behind them
  • Google Business Profile kept current for the locations you serve
  • A steady cadence of reviews and photos on those profiles
  • Categories, services, and listings kept consistent everywhere Google checks
How you know it worked

Reporting and next steps

You get one report a month covering what we did, what changed and what comes next.

  • A monthly report in plain English
  • Inquiries, sales, or bookings tied to the work behind them, as far as your tracking allows
  • What moved, what did not, and why
  • Next month's priorities, agreed before we start

One team does all four, so you are not managing four vendors. See everything that runs alongside SEO

How Google Maps rankings work

Your map pack position is not one position.

When somebody searches for what you do, Google does not hand back one ranked list. It builds the map pack around where that person is standing. Move two miles down the road and the three names change.

A competitor with worse reviews beats you in parts of your service area and not in others, and any agency telling you that you rank first is quoting one point on a map and calling it the map.

Example search area: Los AngelesSearch: plumber

Choose A, B, or C to compare search locations.

Three things decide each point.

Google weighs relevance, distance and prominence. You control two of them.

Google's local-ranking guidance

Distance

How far your business is from the location Google uses for the customer's search.

Relevance You control this

How closely your Business Profile matches the search. Complete, accurate information helps Google understand what you offer.

Prominence You control this

How well-known your business is, including signals such as links, reviews, and ratings.

Your report shows where you rank across your whole service area.

We use these patterns to guide profile, website, and local SEO improvements, whether you have one eligible business location or a national network of local branches.

The process

What to expect from your SEO, and when.

We start with an audit, set priorities, and build a plan around your goals and the markets you want to reach. Your website’s starting point, the competition, and the work involved shape the timeline. Those same things shape the cost, and our guide walks through how the cost of SEO is set. The steps below explain what we address first, what we build next, and how we keep improving your search presence over time.

  1. Step 1: Audit and baseline

A full SEO audit: where you rank today on Google, Maps and AI answers, which searches matter in your market, and exactly what competitors are doing to beat you.

  2. Step 2: Fix the foundation

Technical work and the local layer first: site speed, indexing, schema, and a Google Business Profile rebuilt the way the map pack rewards.

  3. Step 3: Build and publish

Service and city pages go live, content publishes on schedule, links and the reviews cadence build, and the proof Google reads starts stacking up.

  4. Monthly

    Step 4: Compound and report

Rankings widen from your strongest terms outward. Every inquiry is tracked to its source, whether it arrives as a call, a form or a message. Your monthly report shows what moved.

Pages published this month Profile updates Inquiries by source

What will you publish in month one, two and three?

The answer should name pages and profile updates, with a count and a subject.

Who owns the site and profile

Do I keep everything if I leave?

Yes, you keep the published work. The report shows who holds the access.

Google Business Profile

What happens to my Google Business Profile, and how often?

Profile work is monthly, not a one-time setup: posts, photos, review replies and category checks, each one dated in the report.

Left out on purpose Next month's work

What did you decide not to do, and why?

A plan worth paying for leaves things out on purpose. The report names what was skipped and the reason, next to what is scheduled.

Fit, reviewed

What would make you tell me not to hire you?

A straight answer names the case: a phone that already rings past capacity, ads that are already profitable, or a market the budget cannot reach.

Hiring your own SEO person can be a real option.

If the workload can keep a full-time marketer busy, and a manager on your side already knows what good SEO looks like, an in-house hire is a real option. If not, one team running technical, content and local work together covers more ground for the same attention.

Start when the math says start.

If your ads are already profitable, keep them and build the owned work beside them. The earlier it starts, the less there is to catch up.

An honest comparison

Three ways to implement SEO.

Three ways sit side by side here: an SEO agency, an in-house hire, or doing it yourself. They are different choices, and the difference is easier to read in one place than to learn over a year.

Your quote

What goes into the cost of SEO services.

SEO takes more work when the searches you want are competitive or your website needs technical fixes first.

Starts with your free visibility report.
We review your site and your search visibility before we recommend any work.

Your customers
The cities, regions or national audience you want to reach through search.
Competition
How hard it is to outrank the businesses already showing for your searches.
Content needs
The pages to improve or create, and the ongoing work they need.
Your website's condition
Your site's structure and speed, and any technical problems that need fixing.

The SEO audit comes first, then the price.

After the audit, we explain the work we recommend and what it costs, and you decide from there.

Asked everywhere right now

Does SEO still matter when customers ask AI?

Yes, because searching did not stop. It spread. Your customers now look on Google, on Maps and in AI answers from tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, and they still call whoever they find first, whether you serve nearby communities or customers nationwide.

All three pull from the same underlying proof about your business: your site, your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your pages. The SEO work on this page is what feeds them, which is why we run it as one system instead of two.

Google's Search Central guidance says the same foundations that earn ordinary search visibility are what put a site in AI Overviews and AI Mode, with no special file or markup to add. AI features and your website, Google Search Central.

The names AI recommends are the names search already trusts.

How we handle AI search
Before you hire

Questions owners actually ask about SEO services.

Call us with any SEO question that is missing, and we will walk you through what the service includes.

A person taking a phone call at a desk in a bright open office

The price depends on how many cities you want to win, how competitive those searches are, how much content it takes each month, and whether the site needs technical repairs first. We audit your site and competitors before quoting. We put the number in front of you in writing before anything starts.

If your customers find businesses by searching, yes. Your pages, reviews and rankings keep working after you have paid for the work. If the budget is not there yet, we will say so instead of signing you up. If you are weighing SEO against running ads, we lay that choice out on our PPC management page.

Weeks and months, not days. The first two weeks are audit and baseline, month one fixes the foundation, months two through four build the pages, content and reviews, and from month four on the gains compound. Some fixes help quickly.

In local SEO, a small part of the work produces most of the result. Your Google Business Profile, service pages for the jobs you actually want more of, and a site Google can crawl are where most of the movement comes from. The rest of the checklist matters, and it matters after those three are right. That is why we spend our first month on the website basics and your Google Business Profile.

We handle technical upkeep, keyword-led pages and content, Google Business Profile and review care, and reporting. Your monthly report shows the work, the inquiries and the next steps.

You can, and some owners keep the Google Business Profile and reviews in their own hands. We handle the technical work, keyword strategy and steady publishing each month. What we need from you is the facts about the business: the services, the areas, and what has changed.

No, and be wary of anyone who does, because nobody controls Google. We commit to the work in your plan and report on its progress.

No. People still search on Google, Maps and AI tools. The same SEO work supports all three because they draw on the same proof about your business. We cover the AI side of the system in depth on our AI search and AEO page.

JAWC's own U.S. team does the work, and has since 2011. Nothing is handed off to an offshore vendor you never meet, and the people you talk to are the people doing the work.
