This policy explains what information JAWC collects when you use justawebcompany.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. JAWC is the trading name of Just A Web Company, Inc., 27555 Ynez Rd, Suite 110-J, Temecula, CA 92591.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a free visibility report or send us a message, you give us your first and last name, your email address, your website address, and, if you choose, your phone number and business name. We also record that you agreed to receive email from us and the date and time you agreed.

Information collected automatically. Our web server records the pages you visit, the time of each visit, your browser type and your IP address. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated submissions. Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser signals for that check, under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy. We run no analytics or advertising pixels on this website today, and the website sets no cookies of its own.

Information we do not collect. We do not collect payment card details on this website. We do not sell or share your personal information.

How we use it

• To prepare and email the visibility report you asked for.
• To answer a message you send us.
• To email you about your report and about related marketing updates from JAWC, when you have ticked the box agreeing to that.
• To keep the website working and secure.

Who we share it with

We store the details you give us in our customer management system, HighLevel, and we send email through Microsoft 365. Both act on our instructions and under their own privacy terms. We do not give your information to anyone else except when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can stop marketing email from us at any time. Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and we act on an unsubscribe within 10 business days. You can ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. To make any of these requests, call or write to us at the contact details below, and we will confirm who you are before we act.

California residents. At or before the point where we collect your details we tell you what we collect, why, and how long we keep it, and this policy is that notice. You have the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to be treated the same whether or not you use those rights.

How long we keep it

We keep the details from a report request or message for up to three years after our last contact with you, so we can answer follow-up questions and keep a record of what we sent. We delete them sooner when you ask, unless we have to keep a record to meet a legal duty.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date.
