Founder and Managing Partner

David Sparks founded Just A Web Company, Inc. (JAWC) in 2011. As managing partner, he leads the agency's work with businesses across the country. Since then, he has helped clients generate tens of millions of dollars in revenue.

Background and experience

His background includes business development and more than 30 years of experience in corporate and airline aviation. His aviation experience has reinforced the importance of preparation, clear communication, and sound judgment under pressure. Those principles guide his work with business owners and his leadership of JAWC.

David's marketing experience spans search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), and conversion rate optimization (CRO), with a focus on helping businesses get found, attract customers, and generate revenue. He combines that expertise with a background in web design, development, and user experience, including building award-winning websites and database-driven applications.

His experience with AI dates back to the 1990s, when he worked with One Voice Technologies and contributed to IVAN, an early voice-activated AI assistant. Apple acquired One Voice's patents in 2010, the year before it launched Siri. Today, he designs and develops agentic AI systems for business operations, including adversarial AI decision-making frameworks. He integrates these systems with the tools and workflows businesses already use, with human oversight built into the processes and decisions that require judgment, review, and accountability.
